Best souvenirs from the holyland

As a tourist, plenty of issues seem to be so difficult and unknown. What seems simple to locals can be hard as hell for the first time visitor.

We should all admit that about half of any tourist’s trip is surrounded with finding the best and “perfect” souvenirs to share when you arrive home.

In today post we’ll discuss several key points to getting the best souvenirs from Israel – the holy land.

Sometimes Obvious Is the Best

In many occasions, entering the first Jerusalem gift shop that you stumble upon can be enough to accomplish your mission.

You see, in many cases the most common and obvious gifts are actually the best ones – and there is usually a reason why they are so popular.

So don’t always to try to choose what no one else does – anyway back home your friends wouldn’t know that all the tourists purchase the same gifts.

Diversity is Important

An important element when choosing souvenirs is diversity: your friends will definitely notice if you buy them all the same gift or even the same type of souvenir.

So if you buy a Star of David to one of them, you could buy a model of the Temple Mount to the other, etc.

And if you still want to buy the same gift twice, make sure that those who will receive it don’t know each other.

Who Are You Buying It For

Before choosing a gift, think about the person you’re buying it for. If they love history – pick them a souvenir that’s related.

If they’re interested in religion, choose one the many religious symbols of Jerusalem.

And if they love fun or culture – there is a lot to choose as well.

Not Just History

Israel is not just about history. Some a “I Love Israel” shirt can be a much better gift than some painting that will be hanging around nowhere.

Although Israel has many historical aspects, there much more about it.
